Personal Injury: Auto/Auto - On February 22, 2008, Dr. Smith was driving towards her medical practice when she was hit by another driver who failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign. As a result, Dr. Smith suffered a meniscus tear in her knee. Defense/Default Judgment - Mrs. Vela, a San Marcos small-business owner, called our law firm in desperation after a constable appeared at the door of her business, attempting to collect personal and business property (including trucks, trailers, and other equipment) to satisfy a $4.1 million judgment that had been entered against her in an Austin court. Collections/Sworn Accounts - A media printing company was owed over $36,000.00 for print work done for a large furniture retailer in Houston, TX.
