I was born on August 8, 1977, in Alexandria, Virginia. My family is originally from Argentina, both my parents having immigrated to the United States in 1976. I grew up in varying parts of the country, including Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Boston, and Houston.

In 1999, I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Spanish minor, from the University of Texas at Austin.  In 2002, I obtained my J.D. with a concentration in General Civil Litigation from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.

I then moved back to Austin and practiced with the law firm of Burns, Anderson, Jury & Brenner, L.L.P. for approximately three years, working in the areas of general litigation, insurance practices and coverage, mold, complex commercial litigation, workers compensation, railroad, and toxic exposure involving Toluenediisocyanate, mold, and diesel exhaust.

Since 2005, I have successfully represented individuals who have suffered an injury or other loss as a result of the irresponsibility of another.

I was born on October 27, 1979, in Washington D.C., and spent the first 10 years of my life on the east coast before moving to Texas in 1990. We settled in League City, Texas where I went to elementary through high school before attending the University of Texas in Austin. In 2002, I finished my undergraduate education at Baylor University where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. In 2006, I obtained my J.D. from the University of Tulsa and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2007.

My loving and beautiful wife Jill is a talented physical therapist. We moved to Austin because of the city’s rich history, scenic views, and beautiful weather. We love how active and alive the city is and spend time running around Town Lake, checking out the local music and arts scene, and enjoying the local parks and lakes. Golf, barbeques, and professional/college football are my favorite pastimes.

Being able to represent individuals who have suffered an injury or other loss as a result of the irresponsibility of another was my motivation for going to law school. I love what I do and take pride in the fact that my education and efforts are used for the betterment of our society, for the protection of our laws, and for maintaining the integrity of our civility.
